Factory Colt 11.5″ heavy barreled upper as used by the FBI HRT and other federal LE agencies. The barrel on this upper is the same diameter as a 14.5″ SOCOM barrel. The barrel is 1/7 twist with M4 feedramps. Barrel will be marked with Colt CAGE code 13629 MP 5.56 NATO 1/7.

These do not have a permanently installed flash hider and can only be installed on a NFA registered short-barreled rifle or machinegun. They can also be installed on a pistol.
