When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (ip) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
All NFA, GCA, BATFE rules apply. Requests to modify the item to meet local or state gun control compliance will not be granted. Any such requests will result in the cancellation of your purchase. Please refer to your local and state laws before buying. We will not sell any magazine of any capacity to a customer with an address in CA, CO, CT, DE, HI, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, VA, or VT.

The Credit Card Billing Information, Shipping Information, and Contact Information in our checkout process are required in order to process your order and deliver the product to you. We store some information for accounting reasons. Your information will not be shown to third parties not involved in the transaction, nor used to send you any unrequested information. The entire Checkout process is handled through a secure SSL-encrypted connection.
The Credit Card Billing Information is sent directly to our payment provider who processes your credit card transaction. The credit card information is neither recorded nor stored by us, and it can only be accessed by our payment provider. Each transaction has a very high level of security. Your credit card details are sent directly to the payment provider over a secure SSL-encrypted connection. They are not processed on our servers at any stage of the transaction, nor are they stored on our server.
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) featuring 128-bit encryption. A Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) Certificate creates an encrypted link between a website and a visitor’s Web browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the website and the browser remains private and secure.
All orders have a 5 business day processing time after a customer’s payment is received.
Individuals, please do not place an order on behalf of your friend. Any customer that does this will have their order cancelled. Your shipping and billing address must be the same. When the person’s name on the shipping address and billing address do not match, we cannot tell if this is credit card fraud or not. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this rule.
Discounts are not available for multiple purchases of the same item. Dealers are welcome to purchase these items, however dealer pricing is not available. Dealers, please do not purchase a listing on behalf of your customer or customer’s project. This has led to issues in the past with individuals being unhappy when the delivery timeframe did not meet somebody’s expectations. Discounts for LE/MIL are not available.
Shipping on all orders is free. No international shipments. Items are shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS Ground, or Fedex Ground. Expedited 2 Day, 3 Day, or Overnight shipping is not available. The customer will receive an automated email with the tracking number from UPS/Fedex/USPS when the shipping label is printed. Please make sure your spam email filters are set correctly to receive this information. Due to previous issues, we will not charge shipping fees to a customer’s UPS/Fedex account or use a customer provided shipping label, as there is no record of the shipment in our system.
If a customer requires an item by a certain date for an event, they must contact us before placing an order. We can usually accommodate these requests, but this must be arranged before ordering. Any request to expedite an order after it has been placed will result in order cancellation.
If you require signature confirmation on your package, an extra $10 charge will apply. No local face-to-face sales, pick-up, or delivery; our operational tempo does not allow for this. We do not ship parts in flimsy padded envelopes. We only use cardboard boxes. Delivery dates given by the carrier are not guaranteed per their polices, shipping charges will not be refunded for packages arriving later than expected. The customer is responsible for inspection and verification of receipt as well as saving the packaging for claims, if there is any dispute on the shipment. When the customer disposes of the packaging and can’t provide photos, they assume responsibility for any missing or damaged items. Items will not be dropped shipped to a customer’s gunsmith. The customer is responsible for having a secure location to receive packages. We will not be responsible for any packages stolen off a residential porch, stolen from an apartment package closet, etc.
The customer will agree to all communication over email. Text messages will not receive a response. To prevent misunderstandings, a written email record is required of the transaction. We usually respond to emails within 24 hours during the weekdays. Emails received from Friday to Sunday will be answered the following Monday. Due to high email volume, please refrain from inquiring about the status of the transaction until 10 business days have passed since sending payment. These status inquiries before 10 business days will not receive a response. We do not give out estimated ship dates. Ship dates may fluctuate and we do not want to be accused of sending incorrect information.
We have a “no questions asked” return policy effective up to one week after the item is delivered. We will take it back if the item has not been installed, fired, or opened from its original manufacturer packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies. Any item opened from its original manufacturer packaging is subject to a 40% restocking fee. Original and return shipping charges will not be refunded. Items which have been installed, fired, or altered from their factory configuration are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to seek competent gunsmithing assistance when assembling any parts we sell. Any refund will be issued via paper business check, regardless of original payment method used, after the item has been returned. In the unlikely event an item is found to be defective from the manufacturer, these refunds and any incurred shipping charges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
We have a “no questions asked” order cancellation policy prior to shipping. The customer may cancel their order before it ships. A 10% cancellation fee will be assessed to the customer. All refunds will be issued via paper business check, regardless of the original payment method used by the customer.
CONDITION OF ITEMS AND COLLECTORS:
If you require a certain style of marking on a part, there is a $20 handpick fee per part. Unfortunately, we had to implement this fee due to large amounts of customers requesting certain markings causing extra inventory management on our behalf. We will not take new in wrap parts out of their factory wrap for pictures. All the parts we sell have the original factory finish, unless otherwise noted. Due to misunderstandings in the past, we will not make subjective comments on the texture, color, lightness, or darkness of finish. This is especially difficult with trying to color match AR-15 receivers. We give the correct production year or era of part we are selling. The customer must determine if it is the correct part for their project. It will always be disclosed if any item has been refinished or modified in by a non-factory party, to prevent misrepresenting the condition of the item. Some items such and bolts, barrels, and uppers may show signs of factory test firing per the manufacturer’s quality control operations. We are not responsible for manufacturer packaging configuration differing from the item pictured in the listing.
